Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download WaowChat from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to enter your email, create a password, and set up your profile.

How do I verify my profile?

Go to Settings > Verify Profile. Take a selfie matching the pose shown on screen. Our team will review and verify your profile within 24 hours.

Can I use WaowChat on my computer?

Currently, WaowChat is available only on iOS and Android devices. A web version is coming soon!

Matching & Messaging

How does matching work?

Swipe right on profiles you like, left on those you don't. When two people swipe right on each other, it's a match! You can then start messaging.

What are Super Likes?

Super Likes let someone know you're especially interested. The person sees a blue star on your profile. Free users get 5 per day; premium users get more.

Why can't I send messages?

You can only message people you've matched with. Make sure you have a mutual match before trying to message.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple or Google). Go to your device settings > Subscriptions > WaowChat > Cancel.

Safety & Privacy

How do I report someone?

Go to their profile > Tap the three dots > Report. Select the reason and provide details. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Go to their profile > Tap the three dots > Block. They won't be able to see your profile or contact you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
