• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies
• Prices may change with notice

While we work hard to keep WaowChat safe, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. Always:

• Meet in public places for first dates
• Tell someone where you're going
• Report suspicious behavior
• Trust your instincts

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

WaowChat is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaowChat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
